- How big can you make the cabin?
We can go up to 8m long and 3.3m wide (external dimensions). A typical size is 6m long x 2.5m wide, which meets Highways regulations if built on a road legal trailer.

- Can the cabin include a kitchen and bathroom?
Yes to both. We offer cabins with hotel style mini-bars up to fully equipped kitchens, gas or electric depending on your power requirements. Bathrooms can include a walk in shower or bath, flushing or compost toilet, and bespoke or stock vanity units.

- What are your off-grid options?
We offer a best in market full off-grid system for our cabins which has been designed and developed over the past 4 years, tested from over 5,000 stays in the UK, through winter in extremely harsh weather conditions. This can include solar power, LPG gas heating, odourless compost toilet systems and water harvesting and filtration systems. On the other end of the scale, if you have the ability to connect to mains power and drainage then you could opt for a full on-grid system with electric only appliances and a flushing toilet.

- How does planning permission work?
Our cabins can be fully mobile and can be built to meet touring caravan regulations, which can assist in rapidly reducing the amount of time it takes to get planning for your site. We have considerable experience in this domain and can guide clients through this process. If you want to opt for permanently sited units then we can also build without a trailer or a removable trailer.

- Are your cabins built to the required regulations?
The regulations that are relevant to you will depend on the location and nature of your site. We are able to build cabins that meeting touring caravan regulations if required. The services in the cabin are installed by certified professionals and will come with electrical and gas safety certificates.

- What warranties do you offer?
We give a 12 month warranty for workmanship, electrical work, plumbing and gas installations; and a 10 year warranty for the structural frame.

- What are your payment terms?
There are 3 stage payments: A first deposit payment due at the start of the project; a second stage payment due at the start of the build process; and a final third stage payment due at the end of the build on handover.

- What’s the lead time once I place my order?
The build process generally takes about 6-8 weeks and we build 3 units at one time.

- Do you offer delivery and installation?
Yes, we can deliver nationwide in the United Kingdom. We also offer an installation service and can provide guidance on the site preparation required.

- Where are you based?
Our workshop is located in Rochester, Kent, and operates by appointment only. Please note that we are unable to accommodate walk-in visits.
