We’re brothers, Alex and Henry, and we run Black Pines. We focus exclusively on helping UK hospitality operators launch high-end guest cabins and outdoor wellness. We provide a full-service partnership: from site design and planning to delivery and install, built from our experience running the UK arm of the world’s largest off-grid cabin company.
Alex spent six years at international off-grid cabin company Unyoked, from its early beginnings in Australia to launching and scaling the business from scratch in the UK, overseeing the delivery of more than 100 off-grid cabins across 50+ sites and 5,000+ guest stays. That hands-on experience has shaped how we approach design and build, with a focus on durability, usability and the small details that matter in real life.
Henry leads our workshop in Kent. As an engineer, project manager, and extensive experience in modular construction, he leads our workshop team and makes sure every detail is built to last – structurally and aesthetically.
Our team of highly skilled carpenters, plumbers and electricians are well versed in building high-spec commercial grade cabins and saunas designed for demanding environments. We manufacture off-site in our workshop in Kent using a modular production system, then deliver fully finished units straight to your property, ready to go.
